At present, cell packaging heat exchanger is the largest equipment among heat exchanger equipments. According to configuration and characteristic, heat exchanger can be divided into the following types: 1. floating heat type heat exchanger; 2. fixed tube plate heat exchanger; 3. Our company has one numerical control drill, five sets 80mm rocker drill and three sets tube plate automatic welder. The vertical boring drill 3 mm can process 3mm diameter heat exchange plate. The heat exchange area can reach 3000m2 and the material is carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, titanium, double phase steel, molybdenum alloy etc.
